As a student of Chinese Kempo Karate under the instruction of Chief Instructor Jesse Menegdeg, I believe it is important to always look for ways to keep growing. Exercise is important to keep your energy up and your mind sharp. Continuing to learn and always expand your horizons is equally important. It seems to me that most of us neglect the development of spirit. I have been focusing on meditation and Qi Gong to help me with my spirtual development. I've taken this path thanks to the introduction by the founder of Universal Kempo Karate, Professor Martin T. Buell.
